The Co-operative Insurance
If you need to change any details other than your name or address on your insurance policy, you can call The Co-operative Insurance on 08457 46 46 46. Our customer contact centre lines are open Monday to Friday 8.00am to 8.00pm, Saturday 8.00am to 5.00pm and Sunday 10am to 4pm.
Updating your details
To update your personal details for your bank accounts or insurance policy, simply complete the forms below, print them off and send them back to us using the address provided. Once we receive your change of details form, we will update your details and send confirmation back to you along with any supporting evidence you provided, typically within 7-10 working days.
