Update your e-mail address
At The Co-operative Bank we understand how important online communication can be, especially for an Internet Banking customer like yourself. However, if our record of your e-mail address needs updating we will be unable to inform you of important Internet Banking information and our latest news.
Next time you are using the Internet Banking Service, simply select the 'Customer Services' button. You will then be able to update your e-mail address online. Alternatively you can click on the link in the 'Your Accounts' page where your email address is displayed.
