Relationship Account Support Team

There are many straightforward, day-to-day corporate banking services that do not necessarily require the expertise of one of our Relationship Managers. In these circumstances, our Relationship Account Support Team is on hand to deal with enquiries via the telephone.

Our Relationship Account Support Team can provide the following services:

  • balance information
  • order cheque books and paying-in books
  • cancel Direct Debits
  • change or cancel standing orders
  • transfer funds between connected accounts
  • stop cheques
  • request copies of cheques, credits and statements
  • request tax certificates and certificates of interest
  • pay bills
  • arrange paying-in and encashment facilities.

The Relationship Account Support Team is available Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.00pm, on 08457 654 654.

Please note that for security purposes we will request two digits from your four digit pass number when you use our telephone banking service. This will identify you or your nominated staff to the Support Team. If you have not registered for telephone banking please call us on 08457 654 654.
