We cannot offer you an online quote if:
- you own more than one caravan
- you want cover for a caravan worth more than £20,000 or the personal effects cover required with the caravan insurance is greater than £2,000
- you want cover for a caravan that is used for business puposes (other than letting for hire)
- you want cover for a caravan that is your main residence or a motor home
- your caravan is more than 15 years old.

In addition, we cannot offer you an online quote if:
- you or anyone normally living with you have ever been convicted of, or has a prosecution pending in respect of arson, or any other offence involving dishonesty of any kind, e.g. fraud, robbery, theft or handling of stolen goods
- you or anyone normally living with you has been refused insurance or had special conditions imposed
- you or any of the proposers are under 16 years of age
- you are not resident in Great Britain, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man.
