Core cover
- Property owners liability – up to £5 million indemnity
- Landlords’ contents – contents of communal areas - up to £10,000 covering fixtures, fittings and furnishings
- Loss of rent or alternative accommodation allowance – up to 20% of the buildings sum insured. This can be increased to 30% if requested
- Glass – replacement of all internal and external fixed glass
- Property loss or damage – available with or without accidental damage cover for buildings and contents, including damage to interior decoration
