Making a claim
Fast action can reduce the impact of any crisis on your business. That’s why at The Co-operative Insurance our aim is to ensure that if the worst does happen and you need to make a claim, we help you get back to business as fast as possible.
To make a claim just call our 24 hour freephone number 0800 046 2198*. Alternatively you can register your claim online, via email or fax.
Leave it to us
You can rest assured that we are committed to offering you the highest levels of service throughout all stages of the claims process. Once you have called us we will:
- organise for one of our Commercial Validation Specialists to visit your premises to assess damage and authorise repairs
- get appropriate help sent to you in order to minimise the impact on your business – this could include glaziers, builders, plumbers or computer recovery specialists. Any work carried out by our network of approved suppliers will be guaranteed for 12 months
- arrange for rapid replacement of stolen goods and equipment
- if necessary, make interim payments to help keep you trading.
There's no need for you to spend your time ringing round for estimates or filling in claim forms. You can leave all this to us, so you are free to concentrate on running your business.
