How to get a car insurance quote and buy online
- Click on the orange ‘Quote & buy’ button below – This will launch our secure online car insurance quote tool.
- Fill in your car insurance details where required– a red asterisk (*) shows mandatory fields. Then click on the blue ‘Next’ button in the bottom right hand corner – you can click on the blue question mark boxes throughout the quote tool if you need further information, or you can ask a question before starting a quote.
- Change your online car insurance quote - when you have completed filling in all your personal details and car information you will be presented with your online car insurance quote – there are various cover options that give you the flexibility to change your car insurance premium. For example you can alter the level of voluntary excess; the higher your voluntary excess the cheaper your car insurance premium. To do this simply select the amount and click the blue ‘Recalculate’ button.
- Add optional extras – you can add or remove any optional extras cover by simply selecting ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ then click on the blue ‘Recalculate’. Our optional extras cover includes: UK & European breakdown cover for less than £5 per month, enhanced courtesy car, extended foreign use and car insurance legal expense cover.
- Happy with your online car insurance quote? – scroll to the bottom of the screen, select ‘Yes’ to confirm you agree with the car insurance assumptions, then select your payment option and click on the blue ‘Accept’ button.
- Change your car insurance details – your car insurance quote is now saved so if you want to change any of your car insurance details that you have previously entered you can do so by clicking on the relevant text link or you can return at anytime to update you details and get re-quoted.
- Confirm your car insurance details – click on the tick box at the bottom of the screen to confirm all details are correct, then click on the orange ‘Buy online’ button. Then click on the blue ‘Continue’ button at the bottom of the next page to confirm you are happy with the payment amount.
